St James is a small village church with a small friendly congregation. We meet for the Sung Mass on Sundays at 11:15am. The Rite of the Mass is Common Worship modern language. Our worship is traditional in style with the use of incense. Refreshments and fellowship follow Mass in St James Centre. Evensong and Benediction is held on the Third Sunday of each month at 6.00 pm. Mass is celebrated on Wednesday at 7pm and Friday at 9:30 am Baptisms are normally held at 12:00 pm on Sundays (By arrangement) or alternatively during the 11:15 am Mass. We have a branch of the Mothers Union . We have a programme of social events throughout the year.
